Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate and professional mental health counseling to clients via our secure online platform.

• Utilize a variety of communication methods, including video sessions, audio messaging, journaling, and interactive goal-setting tools to engage clients and track their progress.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and circumstances.
\n
• Manage your schedule effectively, accommodating client sessions, consultations, and follow-ups according to your availability and preference.

• Collaborate with a network of peers for ongoing education and support, sharing ideas and resources to enhance treatment strategies.

• Continuously assess client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, weight disorders, and grief. Our platform ensures that clients are appropriately screened and referred so you can focus on providing impactful care without the complexities associated with severe mental health diagnoses.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure is required in your state, with accepted qualifications including:
