Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical services through the development and implementation of personalized, recovery-focused treatment plans for each client.

• Continuously assess client treatment needs, adjusting plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Assist in developing, monitoring, and executing comprehensive individual service plans tailored to client goals.

• Facilitate skill-building exercises with clients, enhancing their coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.

• Act as an advocate for clients by educating them about available community services and connecting them to essential support networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing challenges due to mental illness, aiming to foster community stability and personal independence. You will work with a diverse population, employing a variety of therapeutic methodologies to address their unique needs and empower them towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state license is required, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to practice independently without supervision, coupled with no current disciplinary actions on your license.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills complemented by a sympathetic and patient-centered approach.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and platforms.

• Reliable Wi-Fi connection essential for telehealth delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
