Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver personalized individual therapy sessions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic modalities based on client needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services to clients who may face barriers to attending in-person sessions due to geographical, physical, or other constraints, ensuring accessibility and support for all.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes in compliance with ethical obligations and regulatory standards, using an electronic health record (EHR) system to track client information efficiently.

• Dedicate time for continuous professional development by engaging with advanced training, workshops, and peer-led discussions to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with represent a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including but not limited to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), is required.
