Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying specific challenges and goals to inform tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions—both individually and in group formats—that address a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress management.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that includes measurable goals and evidence-based interventions aligned with their individual needs and preferences.

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention for clients encountering acute mental health episodes, ensuring they feel safe and guided throughout the process.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions alongside effective coping mechanisms, enhancing their ability to navigate challenges independently.

• Maintain rigorous, accurate, and confidential client records, including assessments and progress notes, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
