Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health status and needs, utilizing interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based therapies to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, employing culturally responsive techniques and therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Regularly monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary and providing additional resources or referrals to psychiatrists and other specialists when warranted.

• Document all client interactions comprehensively in our EHR system, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as substance abuse, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and eating disorders. Your expertise in various therapeutic modalities will empower clients to develop coping strategies, build resilience, and improve their overall mental health. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license from the state as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience working in a mental health counseling capacity.

• Strong understanding of a variety of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.
