Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis plans, crisis intervention strategies, and medication treatment plans that align with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavioral support strategies that address individual client needs.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical assessment process, providing data to inform treatment decisions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external agencies and community partners to enhance client resources and support.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through attendance at workshops, conferences, and relevant community meetings to stay current in mental health practices.

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes, serving as a passionate advocate for our agency's mission within the community.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall functioning of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing emotional distress, substance use challenges, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health, psychology, social work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
