Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication management protocols.

• Ensure compliance with documentation requirements by completing necessary records in a timely manner, adhering to all regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as prescribed by our clinical team to enhance patient assessment processes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support strategies that meet individual client needs.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our services meet high-quality standards and remain aligned with our mission.

• Develop and sustain relationships with state agencies, service systems, and community partners to bolster resource networks and client support.
\n
• Maintain open communication lines to meet contract standards and promote community awareness of our services.
\n
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including conferences and workshops, and represent the agency at statewide meetings.

• Integrate Blue Ridge's mission, values, and philosophy into daily practice and decision-making processes.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals affected by emotional health issues, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients towards recovery, resilience, and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Independent LMHC license issued by the state board of Massachusetts.

• Proven ability to maintain accurate clinical records and produce pertinent reports.
