Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create pre-crisis and crisis management plans, as well as behavioral and medication treatment plans.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in a timely manner, adhering to state regulations and organizational policies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs and monitor progress, integrating insights in the treatment planning process.

• Engage actively in the ongoing licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

• Serve as a key liaison among state agencies, service systems, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels to meet organizational standards and promote the mission of Optima within the community.
\n
• Build and foster relationships with local and state agencies to cultivate collaborations and secure funding opportunities for our programs.
\n
• Pursue opportunities for personal and professional growth through conferences and specialized training.
\n
• Represent the agency in statewide meetings and task forces related to mental health and wellness advocacy.
\n
• Embody and promote the agency’s values, mission, and philosophy in all interactions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall operations of the mental health program.

Qualifications\n
