Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, effectively identifying mental health needs.

• Perform accurate billing, documentation, and the creation of individualized treatment plans and insurance authorization within designated time frames.

• Develop crisis and safety plans as necessary, implementing relapse prevention and wellness strategies to ensure patients maintain stable functioning.

• Create and finalize comprehensive discharge plans that coordinate post-treatment care when applicable.

• Adhere strictly to all current federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance with NEHS policies and procedures.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance skills.

• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to enrich collaborative approaches to patient care.

• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training to ensure both personal and patient security.
