Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations to accurately ascertain clients' mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care to address the specific needs of clients.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care delivery for our clients.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients in acute distress, demonstrating your clinical expertise and compassion in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
