Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in a variety of clinical responsibilities, including:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate supportive and structured group sessions in which clients share personal narratives, learn new coping strategies, and foster peer connections. You will create an environment that encourages vulnerability and mutual support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with teen and young adult clients aged 18 to 30, who are navigating a range of mental health challenges. Our evidence-based and holistic treatment programs are specifically designed to resonate with this age group, providing them with the skills and support necessary for managing life transitions, improving interpersonal relationships, and achieving emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with experience in youth and young adult mental health treatment, as well as group therapy facilitation, will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits\n
