Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and thoughtful assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that align with their individual goals.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy using established methodologies, ensuring treatment approaches are personalized and effective.

• Engage and collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adapting the treatment plan as necessary to measure progress.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, employing virtual tools and resources that help bridge the gap for clients who prefer remote therapy or face accessibility challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards set forth in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily involves working with adolescents and young adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. A deep understanding of the specific concerns of these demographics is essential to providing effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required. An advanced degree (Master's) is preferred.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
