Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be instrumental in providing therapeutic support to our clients through the following responsibilities:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging and reflective group therapy sessions where young adults can share experiences, learn coping strategies, and foster connections.

• Individual Counseling: Deliver tailored therapeutic services that address each client's unique challenges. Explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and assist clients in developing actionable plans for improvement.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish personalized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and tailored to their specific needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Implement assessment tools to monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans based on individual feedback and therapeutic outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, participating in regular case consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 enrolled in our partial hospitalization program (PHP). These clients often face challenges such as anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. Your empathetic approach will be crucial in guiding them through their individual journeys toward recovery and personal empowerment.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Preferred Experience\n
