Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, developing rapport through positive, ethical interactions that prioritize their needs and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, ensure stability, and address any challenges, facilitating timely discharges as necessary.

• Maintain diligent and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, to track client developments and inform treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted LMHC license in New York State.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating effective therapeutic methodologies and client management.

• Proficient with technology, particularly in using electronic health records systems, Excel (spreadsheets), and clinical management software such as PIMSY and Outlook to enhance workflows and client communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package. This includes medical, vision, and dental insurance with supplemental options, a 401k retirement plan with company contributions, and malpractice insurance coverage.
