Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients during initial and ongoing sessions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client, whether in individual, group, or family therapy formats.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies to address a wide array of mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Independent Certified Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
