This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your home while providing flexible approaches to meet the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs, establish diagnoses, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to offer effective individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate online psychoeducational groups aimed at educating participants about mental health topics, coping strategies, and community resources.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure integrated treatment approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention services during emergencies, equipping clients with immediate coping strategies and support.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community services for ongoing support.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required; Master's or Doctoral Degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
