Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your practice will be on individuals coping with co-occurring conditions, including mental health disorders alongside chronic physical health issues such as autoimmune disorders or substance use struggles. You will be instrumental in facilitating a pathway to holistic well-being, supporting patients as they manage their multifaceted health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist.

• Proven experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building therapeutic relationships.
