Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality remote care through structured evidence-based programs that address various mental health issues.

• Monitor client progress carefully, providing timely follow-up communications, care coordination recommendations, and documenting session notes in adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary care team, assisting clients with accessing necessary resources and obtaining required consent and authorization forms.

• Recognize and respond to high-risk encounters with participants, ensuring safety and compliance with established company protocols.

• Engage actively in regular meetings with supervisors, contribute to monthly team discussions, and participate in company-wide Town Halls.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, while maintaining awareness of annual training requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at New Hope Psychological Group, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing a range of mental health challenges. Your role will focus on facilitating their journey towards recovery through the implementation of personalized and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. You will empower clients by helping them develop essential coping strategies, enhancing their life skills, and fostering healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent schedule and provide patient coverage of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Preferred Experience\n

• Clinical experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
