Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote positive outcomes.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous records, documenting clinical notes, treatment progress, and client interactions in accordance with confidentiality standards and company policies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create holistic treatment strategies for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention counseling, including the assessment and management of emotional and behavioral challenges that clients may face.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Counselor will primarily serve a diverse client base, including individuals with mental health disorders and those facing dual diagnoses. Clients may range from adolescents to adults, each bringing unique backgrounds, circumstances, and treatment needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
