Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories, identify underlying mental health issues, and ascertain their specific treatment needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's recovery goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, drawing on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to foster client engagement and progress.

• Work collaboratively with fellow treatment team members to ensure cohesive support across all client interactions, including case reviews and care coordinations.

• Provide education and emotional support to families of clients to enhance their roles in the recovery process and promote understanding of addiction.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring data integrity and proper documentation of therapeutic progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. The clientele often comes from diverse backgrounds and varies in age, history, and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
