Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate each client's history of substance abuse and mental health, utilizing structured tools and interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address both the addiction and any co-occurring mental health disorders, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, ensuring integrated care by actively participating in case discussions and treatment planning updates.

• Provide education and support to clients’ families, fostering family involvement in the recovery process and helping them understand addiction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on clients within the substance abuse spectrum, including those dealing with addiction to alcohol, prescription drugs, and illicit substances. Qualifications\n

• A valid clinical license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with an ability to engage and motivate clients towards their recovery goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
