Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake interviews to evaluate clients' mental health statuses.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, utilizing both individual and group therapy modalities, to provide clients with coping strategies and therapeutic tools.

• Document all client interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records within our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass a diverse client base, working with individuals facing a range of challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, trauma-related issues, and eating disorders. By employing culturally responsive therapeutic techniques, you will provide tailored support to clients, ensuring inclusivity and understanding of their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in California.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working with various mental health disorders.

• A strong understanding of evidence-based treatments and the ability to apply these methodologies in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
