Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to determine patient needs and diagnose mental health disorders, drawing on a variety of assessment tools and techniques.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on these assessments, establishing specific, measurable goals and utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
