Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strength, and areas of difficulty, along with developing detailed clinical summaries.

• Create individualized treatment plans with measurable objectives, tailored interventions, and evidence-based therapeutic strategies to guide the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and modifications in treatment plans to reflect ongoing assessments and results.

• Monitor and evaluate treatment objectives and progress, maintaining effective communication with clients, relevant stakeholders, and collaborating professionals.

• Forge and nurture strong therapeutic relationships with clients and collaborate with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams to deliver inclusive and holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will include individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing mental health services, preferably in both in-person and remote settings.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to document clinical notes succinctly and accurately.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
