Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for clients, identifying their mental health needs and developing effective treatment strategies.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific challenges faced by each client.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized aftercare plans that promote long-term mental health and well-being post-discharge.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients' families, referring clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity and quality of care.

• Document all clinical interactions timely and accurately, contributing to a robust electronic health record system that supports quality assurance and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Assist in developing training materials and resources for new telehealth initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodevelopmental disorders. You will utilize your clinical expertise to create an inclusive atmosphere that respects and addresses the unique cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic backgrounds of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, inclusive of proficiency in electronic health record systems.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies suitable for individual and group settings.
