Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans that address the needs of clients, integrating evidence-based practices and tools as appropriate.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies and build effective pre-crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support initiatives.
\n
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and document all clinical interactions and treatment plans accurately and promptly.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance integrated care approaches for patients.
\n
• Participate actively in the agency's accreditation and licensing processes, ensuring standards are met and maintained.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between clients, state agencies, and community partners to ensure comprehensive care and resource availability.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending conferences and participating in statewide committees relevant to mental health.
\n
• Uphold and promote the core values and mission of Sebaste Psychotherapy Hospital through all professional interactions.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support departmental goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals grappling with emotional challenges, substance use issues, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. You will utilize a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the individual needs of clients and providing them with the tools necessary for personal growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a behavioral health field is required.
\n
• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) issued by the state board.

• Proven ability to maintain comprehensive clinical records and prepare associated reports.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to express complex ideas clearly and effectively.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to teamwork within an interdisciplinary setting.

• Demonstrated capacity for independent judgment and professional decision-making.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community mental health setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).

• Background in crisis intervention and behavioral health therapies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
