Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of youthful clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to monitor client progress, stability, and treatment effectiveness.

• Developing, implementing, and regularly updating personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with young clients who may be dealing with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• At least one year of direct experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance use disorders.
