Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a diverse caseload of youth clients, establishing trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, discuss challenges, and address future appointments, including potential discharge planning.

• Create, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and strengths.

• Document client interactions and maintain detailed progress notes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's history and immediate mental health needs effectively.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to the youth population.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to foster professional development and reflect on clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
