Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing trustful and professional relationships while upholding therapeutic boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, plan future appointments, and determine discharge timelines when suitable.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress through our electronic health record system.
\n
• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand the needs and history of new clients.
\n
• Engage in individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Participate in individual and/or group supervision to enhance professional growth and clinical skills.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth and adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. Our clients may present with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and substance use. The clinician will play a crucial role in supporting young people and their families, empowering them to achieve developmental milestones and enhance coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• Proficiency in meeting credentialing requirements within various clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with youth and adolescents, particularly in psychiatric and/or substance abuse environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
