Key Responsibilities\n

In this LMHC position, you will:

• Maintain a manageable caseload, working closely with clients to develop rapport and ensure adherence to ethical standards and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, assess stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and facilitate a successful discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Complete thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, providing evidence-based practices to a diverse clientele.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision and team meetings to continuously refine your clinical skills and approaches.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers, ensuring integrated care that enhances patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth and their families, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches tailored to each client, nurturing a safe space for exploration and healing. The clinician's unique perspective and specialized skills will contribute to the overall success of our therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC in Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated ability to meet the requirements for internal credentialing in clinical settings.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
\n
• Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health record systems and basic keyboarding abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling services is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices specific to youth mental health is a plus.
