Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and challenges, ensuring appropriate and effective treatment strategies.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, goals, and therapeutic needs, which may include approaches for individual, couples, and group therapy.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques to guide clients through their emotional struggles, whether they are dealing with anxiety disorders, PTSD, addiction, or mood disorders.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care, ensuring all aspects of an individual’s health are addressed.

• Maintain and update confidential client records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational policies, ensuring client privacy is upheld.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a sign-on bonus for new hires. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
