Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via secure video conferencing tools, ensuring a supportive and engaging online atmosphere.

• Thoroughly assess clients’ mental health needs through standardized assessment tools and personal interviews, developing customized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment adjustments, to support ongoing care and compliance with ethical practices.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate client care and ensure comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment issues. Understanding the unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds of each client will be essential in your approach to counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating competency in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
