Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing a trustworthy rapport while upholding ethical standards and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, reviewing progress, stability, and future appointments while appropriately discussing discharge planning.

• Design and implement personalized, client-centered treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client feedback.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in accordance with best practices and compliance standards.

• Perform intake assessments to identify the needs and goals of prospective clients and establish a strong foundation for therapeutic engagement.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions while tracking weekly progress toward therapeutic goals.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to foster professional development and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
