Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through virtual consultations to evaluate patients' psychological well-being and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to facilitate effective treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population encountering various mental health disorders. This includes individuals with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, and traumatic experiences. Your role will be essential in not only facilitating therapeutic interventions but also in ensuring that patients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Two years of post-licensure experience is strongly preferred, demonstrating expertise in managing complex mental health cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n
