Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients, ensuring their specific care needs are accurately identified and addressed.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions to help clients navigate emotional challenges related to aging and significant life transitions.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans tailored for each geriatric client.
