Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, utilizing de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies.

• Educate clients about various mental health conditions, empowering them with knowledge and resources—such as community services and self-care techniques—to enhance their recovery journey.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and pertinent regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
