Our facility operates Monday through Saturday, allowing you to design a schedule that meets your needs and those of your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying their unique needs and developing personalized therapeutic interventions.

• Providing appropriate clinical social work and counseling, using evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other effective treatment modalities.

• Facilitating communication across multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and progress updates regarding treatment plans during meetings such as patient rounds.

• Implementing case management strategies involving consultation with other healthcare and community professionals to ensure holistic, nuanced care for your clients.

• Maintaining high standards of ethical documentation practices to track patient progress and treatment interventions timely and accurately.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse patient population. You will support clients facing a range of challenges - from mental health crises to long-term psychological issues. This includes tailoring strategies that address both immediate mental health needs and long-term emotional resilience, focusing on compassionate care regardless of age, background, or circumstances.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in outpatient settings and those familiar with telehealth practices will be at an advantage. We are particularly interested in counselors who have demonstrated proficiency in cognitive behavioral interventions and writing comprehensive treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
