Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their needs and inform treatment plans.

• Implement graduate-level clinical social work/counseling interventions tailored to individual client circumstances, employing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Facilitate ongoing communication with interdisciplinary team members regarding patient assessments, treatment plans, and comprehensive care strategies.

• Maintain ethical and precise documentation of patient interactions and progress according to departmental standards.

Qualifications\n
