While you may set your own workspace, we also offer a welcoming outpatient office in Mill Creek, should you wish to work in an in-person setting. Typically, your work schedule will consist of Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility based on patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients using evidence-based practices to inform personalized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to formulate optimal treatment strategies for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
