Work Environment\n

This position operates within a remote framework, allowing flexibility in your workspace while maintaining a collaborative connection with our interdisciplinary team. Working hours are typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some degree of flexibility to accommodate the varying needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that take into account the cultural and individual context of patients, ensuring accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices specifically adapted to the diverse needs of patients.

• Facilitate a range of therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group formats, focusing on improving emotional health and fostering resilience among participants.

• Work collaboratively with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to coordinate a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support, employing de-escalation techniques to assist patients during acute episodes.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health awareness, coping strategies, and community resources to further aid in their recovery and well-being.

• Maintain confidential and thorough documentation of all sessions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards, ensuring the highest levels of accountability and care quality.
