Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Garden Grove, you will engage in several vital responsibilities, including:

• Delivering high-quality individual therapy using tailored modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Establishing therapeutic goals through collaborative discussion with clients, while continuously monitoring and evaluating their progress toward these goals.

• Providing teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients facing geographical or mobility challenges, enhancing their ability to receive care.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this vital role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a valid and current license in the state of Illinois as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and a non-judgmental attitude.

• Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Garden Grove offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
