Key Responsibilities\n

The Mental Health Counselor will take on the following responsibilities:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license in Texas as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.

• Empathy and compassion, along with a non-judgmental attitude to foster an open therapeutic relationship.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a manageable caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
