Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health statuses during initial consultations, utilizing evidence-based techniques.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that encompass therapeutic goals addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Engage with patients in regular follow-up sessions to monitor progress, adjust treatment approaches, and provide therapeutic resources.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing culturally sensitive practices to foster an inclusive and supportive environment.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care that meets each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) to document patient interactions and treatment progress.

• Support crisis intervention efforts, demonstrating the ability to remain composed and make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, each presenting unique challenges related to mental health. Our patient population includes individuals battling substance abuse issues, varying degrees of anxiety and depression, eating disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Your role will be pivotal in empowering clients to overcome these issues through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Expertise in delivering culturally responsive therapy that respects and incorporates clients’ backgrounds and experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n
