Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

• Create personalized and comprehensive treatment plans that address each client's unique needs, incorporating measurable goals and conducting regular progress evaluations to adapt strategies as necessary.

• Support clients in navigating a myriad of challenges including trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, stress, and interpersonal conflicts, offering practical and emotional guidance throughout their therapeutic process.

• Facilitate enriching group therapy sessions aimed at fostering social interaction, personal development, and communal support among clients, enhancing their therapeutic experience.

• Engage in continuous professional development by expanding clinical skills and certifications, with a particular focus on areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, and grief counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
