Work Environment\n

This position is a full-time role set in a remote outpatient office, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while still being a part of a vibrant team. The working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a stable schedule ideal for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, utilizing interviews and psychological evaluations to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and needs.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical expertise.

• Provide constructive feedback for improving patient care and organizational processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including but not limited to individuals struggling with mental illness, trauma survivors, and those facing life transitions. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each requiring unique interventions tailored to their specific circumstances. You will utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, ensuring that each client's voice is heard and validated throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• An accredited Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
\n
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on individual therapy.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of quickly building rapport with clients and colleagues.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
