Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting therapy techniques according to the unique needs of each client.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment goals and techniques as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Offer emotional support to clients facing various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing social connectedness and providing peer support.

• Stay abreast of developments in the mental health field to enhance clinical expertise and professional competencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 per year , commensurate with experience.
