Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.

• A compassionate and non-judgmental attitude, paired with the ability to actively listen and empathize with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Bachelor’s degree is required, candidates holding a Master’s or Doctoral degree and having previous clinical experience in a private practice or community health setting will be prioritized. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and documentation software is also beneficial.
