Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Honor Your Emotions, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining thorough therapeutic documentation and treatment notes that adhere to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with colleagues and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to client care, enhancing treatment efficacy.

• Engaging in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Your role will be pivotal in fostering trust and providing tailored support that meets the unique needs of each client, contributing to meaningful transformations in their lives.

Qualifications\n

The minimum educational requirement for this position is a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Additionally, candidates must hold active licensure from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LMFT or LCSW and must be in good standing with all relevant regulatory bodies, including CAQH.
