Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client concerns, establish rapport, and formulate tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and relational approaches.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and providing immediate assistance.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—such as psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals—to deliver holistic care that encompasses all aspects of a client’s health.

• Participate actively in training and professional development opportunities focused on innovative therapies and industry best practices to enhance clinical skills.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. As you help guide them toward healthier life choices, you will contribute to their long-term mental health and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the State of California.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually. In addition, counselors will benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend to support their overall well-being.
