Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the specific needs of each client, utilizing a variety of evidence-based assessment tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans targeting a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and trauma. Techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) will be utilized in your practice.

• Provide therapeutic interventions during regular virtual sessions, facilitating a safe and validating space for clients to explore their feelings and progress toward recovery.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in a timely manner while adhering to HIPAA regulations and other compliance standards, ensuring the integrity of our client information and organizational reputation.

• Engage in peer consultations and review sessions to share insights and best practices with colleagues. This practice enhances care quality and ensures continuous professional development.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, helping them understand treatment options and available community resources to promote holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
